Shipping
Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours or 1 business day. Normal delivery time within the US once your package has shipped is normally 3 - 4 business days.
During the holiday season there may be a 1 day delay in Shipping due to increased volume.
Free Shipping through USPS First Class mail is included for all Domestic / U.S. orders. You may choose a Faster shipping upgrade with Priority Mail or Express mail. Insurance is included on packages to cover against loss or Damage during shipment including non delivery of a packages.
International Orders
First Class Mail Delivery in 10 - 21 Days is available with USPS. Priority Mail or Express Mail Delivery are Safe, fully insured, with tracking & Faster Delivery. UPS & DHL International Express is also available. This usually takes 3-5 business days to your door, this is the fastest and safest way to ship High Value orders, but these are expensive, out of our control. * Please note that international shipping times may be significantly longer during the holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are sold with high quality photographs and measurements in natural sunlight. In the rare case that you simply are not happy with your purchase a refund or exchange may be given. Requests for refunds or exchanges must me made prior to shipment or within 7 days upon delivery of your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days after contacting us about a Refund, Store Credit, or an Exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be given with the safe return of all package contents. *Gift Certificates are non refundable and are not eligible for returns.
Moldavite Life will refund or replace item(s) if lost or damaged during shipment and ONLY if tracking does not confirm delivery. Once shipment tracking confirms package delivery no refunds will be issued for missing packages.
